Pop-Up Gift Shops, ‘Moving’ Our Economy Along.
‘Small Business Saturday’ November 26th from 1:00 – 5:00 P.M.
located right in the heart of downtown Skokie is a collective effort to bring some awareness to the ‘Small Business Saturday’ observance, taken place pretty much around the entire Chicago Metro Area.
Located at 8056 Lincoln Avenue, happens to be this years host North Branch Yoga, a very well know town staple within the community and is very active when it comes to moving our economy and recognizing the people who truly have made their life’s passion, their profession. In today’s panic for price compared to value, lies the big shopping outlets and well known department giants, that can be frustrating and hard to compete with especially in today’s economy and I support that all the way.
“The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten” – Benjamin Franklin
Expect a good time and a series of sales and special activities as well a line up of boutique vendors held in two separate locations, said Scott Holtz, (VP) of the Independent Merchants of Downtown Skokie and owner of North Branch Yoga. I personally witness his care and motivation to help our economy work together for a cause, so come stop by at this special event.
I encourage all of my clients to stop by and see why I was more than elated to be a part of the ‘Small Business Saturday’ fan club and if you can’t make it this year stay tuned for upcoming events.
